I hate drama— public drama that is. I’ve been known to create a few private domez all for my personal edification. But public domez? Not so much. They always smack of bad upbringing….
I like men. I really, really love men who like me back…. Men who like me back too much leave me slightly bored… Am I a narcissistic bytch who revels in being a martyr for love? Errm… Don’t think so…. Just like men with other things to do- in addition to me of course ![]()

My mother’s kitchen smells of ripening bananas, lentils, Pledge linen and yesterday’s scones. There’s always some background noise in my father’s house. Crickets, dogs barking, the lowing of cows, and Mwaura, our gardener’s radio that he never leaves behind.
I’ve been with the ex— yes- the ex. He’d said that we should meet up, after a while – when the crying had ended (no- not that crying, KM would never forgive me. Matter of fact, she’d revoke my Kenyan citizenship)…So, I tested that bruise, like you run your tongue over a sore tooth, or when you bite your tongue, and I thought that it was time.
Dear President Kibaki:
On March 2, 2006 government forces raided the headquarters and printing plant of the Standard Group. In addition to destroying equipment and newspapers, they shut down the KTN news station.
This latest attack follows the jailing of three journalists from Standard Newspaper, attacks on Citizen Weekly, and ongoing harassment of journalists by government-sponsored forces.
I urge you to condemn these attacks and to support freedom of the press.
